Prefix and Suffix Checkers

 This is a prefix and suffix checkers game I created. The game is played just like a regular game of checkers, except that students must read the word they put their checker piece on and tell their partner if the word has a prefix or a suffix. Classroom Rules

I finally finished my classroom rules signs! I am pretty excited with how they turned out. There are 5 posters (hence 5 rules) and of course they are polka dot! :) I struggled a bit at first when I was trying to decide what rules I wanted. Before You Speak: THINK

I am going with a polka dot theme in my new classroom! I have been busy searching Pinterest (yes it is my true addiction) for all sorts of ideas. This is my polka dot version of the famous "Think Poster." I'm not sure who originally created the poster, as I have seen many different forms of it all over the internet and Pinterest. Anywho, this is my version of the poster. Created it all by myself! :)
